1. Introduction

Home Growth Chisel is a marketing service operated by Mast Reviews.
By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

We provide end-to-end paid advertising services on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This includes campaign strategy, creative development, ad setup, ongoing optimization, analytics reporting, and retargeting systems tailored to your business goals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, brand assets, access to relevant ad accounts, and timely feedback to facilitate campaign effectiveness. While we offer strategic guidance, ultimate responsibility for compliance with ad policies lies with the client. You are responsible for the factual and contextual correctness of the text, copies, graphics, and videos that is shared by you or even created by us.

4. Platform Access and Integration

Our services may require access to your Meta Business Manager, Facebook Page, Google Ads account, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and/or CRM tools. We integrate with your existing systems to streamline tracking and reporting.

5. Ad Budget and Charges

Our service fee is separate from your ad spend. Ad budgets are paid directly by the client to the ad platforms (e.g., Google or Meta). Any third-party tools or subscriptions requested by the client will be billed separately at cost.

6. Creative Content & Ownership

We may create graphics, copy, video, and landing pages for your campaigns. Unless otherwise agreed, these creatives are licensed for use only during your active engagement with us.

7. Reporting and Performance Tracking

We provide performance reports and dashboards that track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost per lead, and ROI. Reports are typically shared monthly over meetings, based on your selected package.

8. Communication and Campaign Management

All campaigns are managed by a dedicated account strategist. Communication is primarily via email, Slack, WhatsApp, texts, or scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls. Response time is typically within 1-2 business days.

9. Setup and Onboarding

A one-time onboarding process (30–60 minutes) is required to set up your campaigns. This includes strategy planning, account access, and asset collection. Campaigns are typically launched within 5–7 business days from onboarding completion.

10. Campaign Adjustments

We continually optimize your campaigns. You can request changes, but strategic adjustments are at our discretion to preserve campaign performance. Major strategic pivots may require mutual agreement.

11. Contract Terms

Our services are billed on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. There is no long-term lock-in unless explicitly agreed via a signed agreement. Cancellation requires a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

12. Data Privacy

We take client data confidentiality seriously. Any data shared with us (including ad performance, CRM data, and analytics) is strictly used for delivering your campaigns and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency of communication varies by client.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, India.
